…to spend a week with up to 12 other successful business owners exploring ideas for the future growth and development of your business whilst being immersed in the stunningly beautiful French Alps, skiing, hiking or just relaxing.

Each afternoon, we will come together to discuss different ways of multiplying a business.  In past years, we have discussed subjects including:

  • disruption and innovation
  • taking a business global
  • attracting and retaining talent
  • building a great leadership team
  • buying and selling businesses
  • making the most of global trends
  • financing faster growth
  • the risks and opportunities of AI
  • maximising personal effectiveness, &
  • tactics to have your best business and best life!

Attendees will be given the opportunity to present their biggest opportunity or challenge and have the rest of the group brainstorm ideas for them.

In addition, there will be almost unlimited opportunities to talk with other attendees and business experts, either 1:1 or as a group, during the course of the week.

    Val d’Isere is considered by many to be the best ski resort in the world and both novices and experts will have a ball exploring the mountains.  For the non-skiers, your days can be spent wandering through the beautiful village, taking a chairlift up to mountaintop restaurants for lunch or simply relaxing in the chalet.
